Zucchini-Avocado Salat

Ingredients

  • 4 petit courgette, en rondelles
  • 8 oignon vert, coupes
  • 1 Tbsp huile
  • 1 avocat, coupe
  • 1 Tbsp citron, jus
  • 1 poivron
  • 1/4 cup huile
  • 2 Tbsp vinaigre
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • poivre

Instructions

Cook and stir zucchini and onion in oil until zucchini is tender-crisp, about 3'. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours at least. Add lemon juice, avocado and green pepper, cut up, then dressing.
