Yam and rice casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups riz, cuit
  • 2 cups yam, peles, et coupes
  • oignon, hache
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 cup creme a cafe
  • 1 1/2 cup fromage, rape
  • 1/2 cup pecan, toaste

Instructions

Cook yams. Mix first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl and toss well. Layer half of the mixture into a buttered ovenproof dish. Place half the cheese on top of mixture. Top with remaining casserole mixture & cheese. Bake in oven at 350 F until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with toasted pecans and bake 5' more.
