Turkey Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp poivre
  • 3 Tbsp hache, ail
  • 3 Tbsp gingembre, hache
  • 1 bunch oignon vert, en rondelles
  • 2 cups dinde hachee
  • 1 paquet petits pois, 12 oz, congele peas
  • 4 cups riz, cooked
  • 4 oeufs
  • carottes, en des

Instructions

In small bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper.

In large skillet, heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 2-3' or until golden and crisp. Remove pan from heat. With a slotted spoon, tranfer garlic and ginger to a paper-towel-lined plate, leaving oil behidn in pan.

Return pan to heat. Set aside 2 Tbsp green onions for garnish. Add remaining green onions to pan. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally,or until very tender.

Add turkey, peas and carrots. Cook 2'. Add rice, stirring well. Cook until heated through. Stir in oyster sauce mixture, garlic and ginger. Garnish with reserved green onions.
