Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potato
- 2 tsp huile d'olive
- 1/4 tsp sel
- 1/4 tsp poivre
Instructions
Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick wedges. In a 10x15 inch baking, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
20-25' - 450 F. Stir occasionally, until p-d-t are browned and tender.
