- 2 lbs epinards
- 1 large cilantro, bunch
- 3 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 1 grande ail, gousse, hachee fin
- sel
- poivre
- 1/4 Cup Pine nuts, toasted
- 2 Tbsp citron, jus
