Smoked Salmon Crepe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup saumon fume, or 1 1/2 oz - thinkly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp capres, drained

Instructions

Mix salmon, creme fraiche and capers. Spread some down the center of each crepe, sprinkle with pepper and cook until bottom of crepe is browned, then fold edges over filling.

Alternative: make crepes, and reheat with filling in microwave.
