Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup bouillon de poule
  • 2 Tbsp ail, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp oignon, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp persil, chopped
  • 1/2 lb pates
  • 1 lb crevettes, peeled
  • poivre, du moulin

Instructions

Mettre en route l'eau pour les pates. Combine broth, garlic and 3 tbsp each of shallot and parsley in a large sauce pan. Bring slowly to a simmer. Cook 2'. Add shrimp to broth. Stir well and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 min or until shrimp are cooked through. Add remaining shallots. Arrange shrimp over pasta and spoon broth sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with pepper, garnish with remaining parsley, serve.
