Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5oz) baby clams
  • 12 oz crevettes, cooked
  • 1/4 cup beurre
  • 1 gousse ail, ecrasee
  • 1 1/2 cup champignons, sliced
  • 2 grandes tomate, en des
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp thym
  • 1/4 p cup green onion
  • persil
  • parmesan

Instructions

Drain clams, reserving 1/3 cup of juice. Rinse clams. Melt butter and saute garlic and muschrooms. Add tomatoes, clam juice, salt amd thyme. Cook uncovered 10 min until some of the liquid evaporates. In the meantime, cook spaghetti. Add shrimp, clams and green onion to sauce; rehat 2 min. Toss spaghetti with 1/4 cup butter and parsley. Serve with sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan.
