Sauted P-D-T With Garlic

Ingredients

  • huile d'olive
  • sel
  • poivre
  • beurre
  • 2 Tbsp oignon, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp persil, finely chopped

Instructions

Boil P-d-t. Cut into 1/4 " thick slices. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in skillet. Add p-d-t, salt and pepper. Let cook until p-d-t start to brown on one side, about 4'. Shake to toss and redistribute. Add 2 Tbsp butter, shake, toss: 4'. Sprinkle with shallots, garlic and parsley, stir, serve.
