Sauted P-D-T With Garlic

Ingredients
- huile d'olive
- sel
- poivre
- beurre
- 2 Tbsp oignon, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp persil, finely chopped
Instructions
Boil P-d-t. Cut into 1/4 " thick slices.
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in skillet. Add p-d-t, salt and pepper. Let cook
until p-d-t start to brown on one side, about 4'. Shake to toss and
