Roasted broccoli

Ingredients
- 8 oz broccoli
- 1/4 cup amandes, slices
- 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 2 gousses ail, ecrasees, legerement
- 1/2 tsp red pepper , flakes
- poivre
- 1/2 citron
- 1/4 cup parmesan
Instructions
Toast almonds in frying pan, until gloden brown, about 7'. Transfer to small dish. Add 2 tbsp oil and the garlic. Cook 3' on low heat to infuse oil with garlic.
