Roasted broccoli

Ingredients

  • 8 oz broccoli
  • 1/4 cup amandes, slices
  • 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 2 gousses ail, ecrasees, legerement
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper , flakes
  • poivre
  • 1/2 citron
  • 1/4 cup parmesan

Instructions

Toast almonds in frying pan, until gloden brown, about 7'. Transfer to small dish. Add 2 tbsp oil and the garlic. Cook 3' on low heat to infuse oil with garlic.

Spreas the broccoli on a large baking sheet and pour the garlic oil over (remove the garlic), shaking to coat the broccoli. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and pepper. Squeeze the lemon half over the broccolini and shake th pan again .

20' - 400 F, until broccoli is tender but not soft and the ends start to brown.

Top with parmesan and almonds.
