Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, small can
- 2/3 cup sucre brun
- 1 tsp cannelle
- 1/2 tsp gingembre
- 1/2 tsp sel
- 2 oeuf, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups lait
- 1/2 cup creme
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Cook filling in a double boiler until thick, cool slightly and pour into a 9 inch pie shell (brisee fine). Bake 40' at 450 F.
