Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup citrouille, en boite
  • 1/2 cup sucre
  • 1/2 cup lait
  • 1/4 cup raisins secs
  • 1/2 cup noix, en morceaux
  • 1 1/2 cups farine complete
  • 1/2 cup farine
  • 1 1/2 tsp poudre a lever
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cannelle
  • 1/4 tsp sel
  • 1/4 tso poudre de girofle
  • 1/4 tsp muscade
  • 2 oeuf, battus
  • 1/4 cup huile

Instructions

In a smaller bowl stir together flours and spices. In a bigger bowl stir togetehr the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, milk and oil. Add the flour mix to the pumpkin mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist. Gently stir in the raisins and nuts. Fill the pans until 3/4 full.
