Peas With Prosciuto

Ingredients

  • 2 oz beurre
  • 1 petit oignon, sliced
  • 2 cups peas
  • 3/4 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp poivre
  • 2 Tbsp eau
  • 6 jambon, slices

Instructions

Melt butter. Cook onion until brown. Add peas, salt, pepper and water. Cook briskly for 10', stiring frequently. Shred hanm add. Lower heat, cook until peas are tendrer, about 10.
