Peach & Plum Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peel thinly
  • 1 1/2 cup eau
  • 1 cup sucre
  • 1/2 cup juice, citron
  • 2-3 Tbsp Cointreau
  • 6 peche, pelees
  • 6 prunes, pelees

Instructions

Peel orange with potato peeler. Cut rind into fine strips. Dissolve sugar in water over gentle heat. Add orange strips, boil 5'. Cool, add lemon juice and cointreau. Slice peeled fruit. Pour sirup over them. Chill.
