Peach Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3 peche, pelees, en tranches
  • 1 Tbsp sucre
  • 1/4 cardamon
  • 3/4 cup yogurt grec
  • 3/4 cup c-a-f
  • 2 Tbsp sirop d'erable
  • amaretti
  • menthe

Instructions

Peel and slice the peaches. Combine with sugar and cardamon. Let stand 15' (or more in fridge). Combine yogurt and cream and maple sirup and beat until stiff. Put peaches into individual bowls. Spoon onto peaches. Top with one slice of peach for garnish, sprinkle with amaretti and a sprig of mint.
