Pasta with Ricotta

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne
- 2 Tbsp beurre, en morceaux
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/3 cup cilantro, roughly chopped estragon
- 1 citron, zeste
- 3/4 tsp sel
- 1/4 tsp poivre
Instructions
Cook the pasta. Reserve 1/3 cup of the water, drain the pasta, then return pasta to the pot.
