Pasta Arrabiata

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Saucisse italienne douce
- 4 Tbsp huile d'olives
- 2 Tbsp beurre
- 2 poivron rouge
- 6 gousses ail
- 1/2 cup vinaigre de vin rouge
- 1 lb pates
Instructions
Dice the sausage and saute it in the oil till barely cooked. Add the butter to the pan. Cut the red peppers in half and remove the seeds. Slice the peppers, add them to the sausages and saute on medium heat 5 minutes. Peel abd dice the garlic and add it to the pan. Saute 2 minutes more. Add the vinegar. Remove from the heat. Have ready the cooked pasta and add to pan. Toss and serve.
