Orange Streusel Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups farine
  • 1/2 cup sucre
  • 2 1/2 tsp poudre a lever
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1 orange, grated rind
  • 1 oeuf, battu
  • 1/2 cup eau
  • 1/2 cup orange, jus
  • 1/3 cup huile
  • 1/4 cup farine
  • 1/4 cup sucre
  • 2 Tsp orange, grated rind
  • 2 Tbsp margarine

Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and grated orange rind. Mix wet ingredients, and add to dry mix. Pour into a cake pan (or into a 9-inch square baking pan). Streusel: blend flour, sugar, grated orange rind and margarine until crumbly. sprikle on top of cake. Bake 45' - 375 F.
