Lemony Pork

Ingredients
- 2 Tsp huile
- 2 lbs porc, en ragout
- 2 grands oignon, en lamelles
- 1 gousse ail, ecrasee
- 1 citron, pele et en des
- 1 poivron, en lamelles
- 1 19oz can pelati
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp romarin
- sel
- poivre
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Heat oil in pot and cook pork over high heat until well browned. Remove and set aside. Fry onion and garlic over moderate heat until onion is transparent. Put pork into casserole, add onions and garlic. Top with lemon and pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into dish. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
