Katie's Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup farine
- 1/2 cup graisse
- sel
- 1/3 cup eau, froide
- 3 oeuf
- 1/2 cup sucre
- 2 cup raisinnets, ou autres baies
- 1/2 cup farine
Instructions
Crust: Make meal with flour and shortening, with pastry cutter. Add salt and water. Form dough into ball. Refrigerate at least 30'. Mix egg yolks, sugar and fruit. Add flour. Beat egg whites, add. Pour onto crust. 30 - 40' - 400 F. Cool before serving.
