Italian P-D-T Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb p-d-t, cuites
  • 1 gousse ail, ecrasee
  • oignon, haches
  • 1 Tbsp capres
  • 4 anchois, hachees
  • vinaigrette

Instructions

Cut potatoes into dices while they are still warm. Add garlic, onions, capers and anchovies. Add vinaigrette (salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar) while p-d-t are still warm.
