Ingredients

  • 1 can pois chiches
  • 3 Tsp tahini
  • 1 clove ail
  • 3 Tsp citron, jus
  • 1 tsp huile d'olives
  • paprika

Instructions

Drain chick peas (save 1/2 cup of the juice). Put peas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice into the blender. Pour into bowl. Put olive oil on top, garnish with paprika.
