Honey-glazed Winter Squash

Ingredients

  • 3 lb winter squash, thin-skinned
  • 2 whole ail, head
  • 1/4 cup huile d'olive
  • 1 Tbsp sucre brun
  • 1/2 tsp poivre
  • 1/4 cup miel
  • 10 brins thym

Instructions

Wash and seed squash by cutting into wedges or other desired shapes and scraping seeds out. Peeling it is better. Slice off top of garlic cloves, removing any excess skins. Toss all with oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Place in a single layer, spaced apart, on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

350 F.

Roast until softened and beginning to color around edges, appox. 30 min, Drizzle with honey, add thymne sprigs and finish cooking 10' more, until honey begins to darken. Serve immediately.
