Green Beans And Tuna

Ingredients
- 500 haricots verts
- 1/2 cup huile d'olives
- 1 tsp citron, jus
- poivre
- 200 gr thon
- sel
Instructions
Top and tail beans, remove strings. Cook in boiling water to cover until just tender, drain. While still hot, sprinkle with oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Drain tuna and toss with beans. Cover and chill before serving.
