Granola

Ingredients

  • 7 cups flocons d'avoine
  • 1/2 cup grains de tournesol
  • 1/2 cup grains de sesame
  • 3/4 cup sucre brun
  • 1/2 cup miel
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp vanille
  • 1/2 cup huile
  • 1/2 cup cassis
  • 1/2 cup raisins secs
  • 1/2 cup amandes, en batonnets

Instructions

Mix oats, sunflower and sesame seeds and brown sugar. Put into a pot 1/2 cup of this mix, 1/2 cup hot water, the honey, salt, vanilla and oil. Heat, add to the rest of the mix. Stir. Bake at 325 F for 1h15 on a cookie sheet and stir every 15'. Cool. Add currents, raisins and almonds.
