Friuli Style Soup

Ingredients
- 250 gr haricots blancs, tremper pdt la nuit
- 1/2 chou
- 1 bunch celeri
- 1 gousse ail, hachee fin
- 60 gr lard, hache
- 2-3 brins persil, hache
- 1 oignon, hache
- 2 feuilles sauge
- parmesan
Instructions
Drain beans, put into pan, cover with cold water, cook for 1h1/2. Drain.
Reserve liquid and add more water to make 2 litres. Return beans to pan.
Wash cabbage and shred finely. Chop
