Fried Chicken Florentine

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp huile d'olives
- 2 Tbsp citron, jus
- sel
- poivre
- 1 Tbsp persil
- farine
- oeuf
Instructions
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Marinate chicken in mixture for 2 hours. Dry chicken, coat well with flour; dip into slightly beaten egg and fry in deep hot oil for 30 min. or until tender.
