Ingredients

  • 600 gr ragout de porc
  • 2 oignon, haches
  • 2 gousses ail, hachees
  • poivre
  • sel
  • marjolaine
  • thym
  • cumin
  • parpika
  • 1 cup sauce tomate
  • 1 paire saucisse
  • 150 gr lard, en des
  • 2 poivron, en lamelles
  • 3-4 tomate, coupees en 2

Instructions

Fry porc with the onions and the garlic. Add spices and the tomato sauce. Simmer 30'. Put into a baking pan. Mix in the saussage, the peppers and the bacon. On top place the tomatoes, the cut side down. 45'- 420 F, covered. Take off lid, bake another 15'.
