Dilled Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb filet de poisson, 1 inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp huile
  • 3 Tbsp vinaigre
  • 3 Tbsp green onion, haches
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp orange, zeste
  • papier parchemin

Instructions

Combine oil, vinegar, onions, dill and orange peel. Set aside. Cut parchment paper for each filet. Spray with oil. Place fish on paper, spoon over dill mixture. Fold, tuck under packet to seal. Place packets in a baking pan. 10-15' 500 F.
