Danish Berry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 10 oz framboises, en puree
  • 10 oz fraises, en puree
  • 1/4 cup maizena
  • 2 Tbsp sucre
  • 1/2 cup eau, froide
  • 1 Tbsp citron, jus
  • amandes, optional
  • creme, optional

Instructions

Mix cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Gradually add water, mixing. Add puree. Heat very slowly to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1'. Remove from the heat. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into serving bowl. Cool and refrigerate at least 2h. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with cream in desired. (1/2 - 1/2).
