Creamy Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

  • 4 cup eau, bouillante
  • 1 cup cornmeal, coarse
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp beurre
  • 1/4 cup creme fraiche

Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Sprinkle in polenta slowly, stirring constantly. Turn down heat to medium-low and continue stirring slowly 10-15' until polenta is softened. Add cheese, butter and creme fraiche. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
