Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canneberges, chopped
  • 2 1/4 cup farine, 1 cup = whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup sucre
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sel
  • 1 oeuf, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup butter milk
  • 1/4 cup huile
  • 1/3 cup sucre

Instructions

!!! Essayer avec moins de sucre et de la farine complete.

Combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, soda and salt. Add egg, buttermilk and oil. Add moist ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten. Combine berries and 1/2 cup of sugar and stir into batter. Spoon into greased muffin cups filling to 2/3 full. Bake at 400F for 20'.

Dried cranberries are ok.
