• 1/2 cup champignons, sliced
• 1/4 cup celeri, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup persil, minced
• 2 radis, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp oignon, chopped
• 1 1/2 Tbsp huile
• 1 1/2 Tbsp vinaigre
• 1 tsp citron, jus
• 1/4 tsp sucre
• 1/4 tsp sel
• 1/8 tsp moutarde, en poudre
• 1/8 tsp poivre
