Chiken Terriyaki

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sauce soja
- 1 Tbsp sherry, or scotch
- 1/4 cup sucre
- 1 tsp gingembre
- 2 poitrine de poulet, boned and split
Instructions
Make the marinade by mixing the soya sauce,
basting with marinade every 5 to 10 minutes.
