Chicken With Capsicum

Ingredients
- poulet, en morceaux
- 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
- sel
- poivre
- 1 small oignon, chopped
- 3/4 cup vin blanc
- 1 lb pelati, chopped
- 4 poivrons, en lamelles
- 1 gousse ail, ecrasee
Instructions
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Saute chicken (skin side down first) until
golden. Salt and Pepper.
