Chicken With Capsicum

Ingredients

  • poulet, en morceaux
  • 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • sel
  • poivre
  • 1 small oignon, chopped
  • 3/4 cup vin blanc
  • 1 lb pelati, chopped
  • 4 poivrons, en lamelles
  • 1 gousse ail, ecrasee

Instructions

Heat olive oil in frying pan. Saute chicken (skin side down first) until golden. Salt and Pepper. Add onion and wine. Cook until wine is reduced by half. Add pelati. Cover, simmer 20'. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Stir in the garlic and the peppers. Saute for a few minutes, add to chicken. Cover and cook 10' or until chicken is done.
