Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic

Ingredients

  • 12 cuisse de poulet, skinless, bone in
  • 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 1/2 cup vin blanc
  • 3 Tbsp thym, chopped, fresh
  • poivre
  • 6 head ail, separe en gousses, avec pelure

Instructions

Take a large heavy casserole dish and place the chicken inside. Springle with the oil, wine, thyme, pepper and garlic coves. Toss all well. Cover.
