Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic

Ingredients
- 12 cuisse de poulet, skinless, bone in
- 2 Tbsp huile d'olive
- 1/2 cup vin blanc
- 3 Tbsp thym, chopped, fresh
- poivre
- 6 head ail, separe en gousses, avec pelure
Instructions
Take a large heavy casserole dish and place the chicken inside. Springle with the oil, wine,
