Ingredients

  • 1 lb crevettes
  • 1/2 citron, jus
  • 2 grandes tomates, en des
  • 4 green onion
  • 1-2 carotte, en rondelles
  • persil
  • 1 cup sauer cream
  • 1 Tbsp farine
  • tabasco, faacultatif
  • 3 cloves ail, crushed

Instructions

Marinate shrimps for 1 hour in the fridge with lemon juice and garlic. Saute tomatoes, onions and carrots for 20 minutes. Add shrimps and parsley. Add cream and flour. Serve with rice.
