Camarao

Ingredients
- 1 lb crevettes
- 1/2 citron, jus
- 2 grandes tomates, en des
- 4 green onion
- 1-2 carotte, en rondelles
- persil
- 1 cup sauer cream
- 1 Tbsp farine
- tabasco, faacultatif
- 3 cloves ail, crushed
Instructions
Marinate shrimps for 1 hour in the fridge with lemon juice and garlic. Saute tomatoes, onions and carrots for 20 minutes. Add shrimps and parsley. Add cream and flour. Serve with rice.
