Blueberry-nut muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 oeufs
  • 2/3 cup miel
  • 1/2 cup huile
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanille
  • 2 1/4 cups farine
  • 1/2 cups oat bran
  • 1 tsp poudre a lever
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup noix, coarsly chopped
  • 1 cup myrtilles, heaping

Instructions

Makes 18 muffins (12 works too).

In a large bowl combine the eggs, honey, oil, yogurt and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, oat bran, baking powder and soda and walnuts. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, folding in the blueberries just before the batter is completely mixed.
