Ingredients

  • 2 cup farine
  • 3/4 cup sucre
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sel
  • 1 oeuf
  • 2 Tbsp huile
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanille
  • 3 Tbsp lait
  • 3/4 cup noisettes
  • 2/3 cup abricots, secs

Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, oil, vanilla and milk. Add nuts and apricots. Form 12 ich log (using saran wrap). Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. (It's very dry, butit works).

375 F - 30'

Lower temp. to 350 F. Let cookie rest outside for 10', slice, put on parchmentpaper. Bake in oven for 20'. Don't need to turn.
