Berry-Oat muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beurre, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sucre brun, bien tasse
  • 1 oeuf
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, nature
  • 1 cup farine
  • 1 tsp poudre a lever
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cannelle
  • 2 cup flocons d'avoine
  • 1 cup framboises, ou autres baies

Instructions

In a bowl beat 1/2 cup butter and the sugar until well blended. Beat in egg and yogurt. Add flour, baking poweder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated. Stir in oats. Add raspberries and stir gently to distribute evenly through very stiff batter.

Fill buttered muffin cups.
