Apple/Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups beurre
  • 1/3 cup sucre
  • 2 cups farine
  • 1/4 cup eau
  • 2-3 cups rhubarbe, en des
  • 1-2 pomme, en des
  • 1/2 cup sucre
  • 2 oeuf
  • 2 Tbsp farine, ou panure
  • 1 Tbsp beurre, fondu

Instructions

Crust: work together butter, sugar, flour and water. Press into a greased baking pan. Mix all the other ingredients. Bake: 15' - 425 F 35' - 375 F Serve with whipping cream.
