Apple Butter

Ingredients
- 6 lb pomme
- 1 cup sucre brun
- 1 cup sucre
- 1 Tbsp cannelle
- 1/4 tsp clou de girofle en poudr
- 1 tsp vanille
Instructions
Roughly peel core and chop the apples in bite sized pieces. Stir the seasoning and white sugar together in a small bowl. Add all apples to a slow cooker and add the sugar/spice mixture and brown sugar. Stir well to coat all of the apples. Cook in slow cooker for 10 hours, then puree with an immersion blender. Then cook for another hour. Add vanilla. Place in jars or sealed containers .
